MUSE GRIDS presented to India high-level officials in BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
Upon invitation from the European Commission, MUSE GRIDS was presented during an event about solar power in Brussels, Belgium.
On 11 June 2019, a meeting of the Emerging Markets Task Force of Solar Power Europe and the European Commission took place in Brussels, Belgium.
The European Association for Storage of Energy (EASE), one of the partners of the MUSE GRIDS Consortium, was invited to present the advantages of solar+storage technology in such meeting.
Since MUSE GRIDS operates solar+storage in its demosites, EASE has also presented the H2020 project to attendees, which included Indian high-level officials. One of the virtual demosites in which MUSE GRIDS is operating is located in West Bengal, in India; the presentation was therefore much appreciated and participants have shown wide interest.
EASE and MUSE GRIDS are thankful to the European Commission and Solar Power Europe for the invitation and for hosting this meeting. The event was a great occasion to engage with Indian representatives and the project Consortium is looking forward to other similar opportunities.
